TTG’s Membrane product line is designed for application in consumer and technical apparel and life science applications in microfiltration.

Our production facility in Higginsville, MO, uses state-of-the-art equipment to produce moisture proof  ePTFE membranes of exceptional quality. Our equipment is computer controlled and automated to ensure repeatability and adherence to specifications, including pore size, thickness, bubble point, air permeability, water extrusion pressure and moisture vapor transmission rate.

We have redundant processes for each and every step of the membrane manufacturing process in order to meet current demand as well as future volume and capability requirements. We support production and quality assurance with a dedicated testing laboratory, and work with outside laboratories to provide advanced testing for life science applications.
